About Our Founder

For the last twelve years, Mr. Surajit Thakur has been deeply involved in the real estate sector, leading large-scale development initiatives, driving commercial growth, and shaping high-value investment and distribution strategies. His hands-on experience in building, scaling, and managing real estate ventures forms the foundation of Invictus’ approach to long-term value creation.

Prior to setting up Invictus, Mr. Thakur spent over two decades in global banking. As Senior Vice President at HSBC Bank USA, he led key retail banking initiatives across North American and South Asian markets, gaining extensive expertise in operations, governance, and enterprise-level leadership.

Today, he brings together his real estate and banking experience to guide Invictus’ growth strategies, strengthen distribution platforms, and deliver sustained value for clients.
